I don't know about you, but I LOVE playing with cut file, and creating versatile layouts using in different ways the same cut file. This time I designed a floral heart cut file, cut it out from a watercolor paper using my cameo.

I'm a huge fan of cute mini notes books, especially if they are so adorable and usable as these :) Perfect size for a woman's bag, and please say that I'm not the the only one who have to take notes about the every important dates, meetings, childrens'school duties, etc...

NSD weekend

My challenge on the National Scrapbook Day on the Hip Kit Club FB group: 

This weekend Mother’s Day is being shared with NSD, double reason for documenting our lives togeather! I love to utilize big focal elements on my layouts – whether it’s a shape like a heart or a title, they make a big impact! Create a layout with big title, you can make it a lot of different ways… you have the choice! This is my inspiration for the challenge:

Dream catcher / Álomfogó

I will begin by saying that this picture is a very carefully kept treasure of me. It was made by a very close friend of mine, Judit, who is an amazing photographer, always can capture the beautiful moments and real feelings.

I have been planning to create a scrapbookpage from this picture for along time, but never find the proper embellishments yet. I wanted to make a soft, clean LO with some gently shine on. When I get this beautiful Pink Paislee mirror stickers and hearts I just feeled I have find what I was looking for. I started with the "dream catcher" cut file form Sihouette Studio (nr.#65800) . I wanted to make it more soft so I whrapped thread around the outer circle. I painted the feathers with some glitter to reflect the shine of the hearts and put a little piece of material under them. I spread some half pearls too, them bring out the beautiful pictures.

Régóta őrizgetem ezt a képet,amit drága barátnőm készített ( www.kiddypix.hu) és amelyre ránézve mindig visszakívánom karjaimban már iskolás korú gyermekeimet. Sokszor próbáltam már oldalt készíteni hozzá, de sosem találtam meg a megfelelő kiegészítőket a tervezett oldalhoz. Letisztult, puha oldalt szerettem volna készíteni, finom csillogással megfűszerezve. Végre megtaláltam amit kerestem, ezek a tükör matricák tökéletesen azt a látványt mutatják pont, amit szerettem volna. Az oldal elkészítését a Sihouettel (#65800) kivágott álomfogóval kezdtem, amit a puhaság kedvéért körbetekertem hímzőfonallal. A tollakat glitterpasztával kentem be egy kicsit,hogy visszaadják a szívek csillogását.
