Hi! The white paper is stone paper by American Crafts. Its a special paper you can use to create notebooks or add paints and inks. It holds its' shape when curled or can be distressed for a faux leather look.

DeleteHi Bea one last question if we wanted to make this in a traditional travelers notebook size say 4.375x8.25 would we only have to change your 2 measurements or would we have to change it all???? If so can you tell me what all the measurements would be???
